A coarse-grained intrusive igneous rock characterized by a phaneritic texture. Displays a mottled pinkish-brown and dark grey/black appearance due to the intergrowth of quartz, pink or white feldspar, and dark biotite mica flakes, giving it a speckled surface texture.
